Heike Rudloff – Artist Portraits

and International Gallery Impressions

Artists tell me their stories. I write them down.

My artist portraits take shape in close collaboration with the artists themselves: they recount their life stories, how they experienced events and how they perceive them today – the result is a portrait of an artist that allows the reader to comprehend what inspires and moves the artist.

As an author of artist portraits, I am both rapporteur and translator. My experience as an author, journalist, trainer and lecturer, as well as my extensive experience in the field of personality development – especially my interest in other people and their life stories – is the foundation of my work. My close collaboration with the artists, listening, understanding and intuition produce the material that translates into their stories.

Artist portraits are the stories behind these exceptional people – for interested collectors, gallery owners, journalists and jurors.
